Down the Rabbit Hole? on 9-24-2024
Hello (again?) dear Reader and welcome (back?) to my blog (for the second time today). Well, it's been a couple of days now and we've no new news about dear Sam; I pray again now, God, that You please heal him completely and bring him to the saving knowledge of Christ, him and his brother both, in Jesus' Name, amen. 💘
And, to any/all of you who prayed this (or anything else) for my friend, thank you from the bottom of a grateful heart.

Now, my friends, I'd like you to do yourself the favor of watching a couple of things that I'll post here (I've seen all of these before myself, more than once each in fact, but I use repetition to try and learn a thing, I don't know if repetition works for you too, but anyway)...This first video is the work of (I believe he's) an American, a young man who teaches/taught Design at the collegiate level; in this video, he discusses the use of propaganda by different world governments (don't worry, he's brilliant to educate us without any apparent political ideology or agenda - like I said, I've seen these before):
Another one I (have seen and) highly recommend as very informational, maybe even potentially eye-opening (though it is something of a commitment at nearly four hours long - apologies - but it is worth it):
And if those have really got you thinking, now - it's a little 'drier' but informational nonetheless:
Just for the record here, let's say that I don't care who you vote for (let's say).
What I do care about though, is for you to watch those/ read that, and then pay close attention to the news you choose to ingest (from any source of your choice, go for it).
Now pay attention to: body language, tone of voice, facial expression, repetitive use of specific words, this kind of thing. Take note of verbiage that is clearly engineered to trigger your feelings (various ones, try and take notice of these changes if/when they occur as you watch 'the news'), etc.
I challenge you to do this! See if you don't notice some things now that you just didn't notice before. (And if not, feel free to prove me wrong: we're all after Truth here so let Truth prevail no matter who it favors, am I right?)
