Monday, September 23rd, 2024 A rambling prayer Before Dawn
Good morning, et cetera, dear Reader and welcome (back?) to this obscure American blog that's being written in the pre-Dawn hours of a late September morning.
I've read it one time but haven't listened to it in audio format yet, but here is today's Proverb from the Book of Wisdom:

Dear Lord God, Thank You for giving each of us another day on this side of the Grave, Lord; please work in and through us to redeem the time and break us as bread for others' benefit today, dear Lord, in Jesus' Name. Before asking for anything from You, dear Lord, we come together and agree with the fact that You are Holy, Lord. You are Mighty to save, You can do ALL things, and nothing is too difficult for You, dear God! Please increase these facts inside of our hearts today, please God, in Jesus' Name.
Father God, we thank You for this world we live in and together we ask for You to please end ALL wars currently raging across the globe; Lord, please end ALL conflict now, in Jesus' Name, amen! God, please pour Your consuming Peace over all hostility and drown it out, please, in Jesus' Name! Father God, please protect every single human being affected by war in the earth today, dear God, in Jesus' Name! Father if there be any living hostages in Gaza then let all of them be made free today, God, in Jesus' Name! Set the captives free as You did the People when You used Moses to bring them out of Egypt; Lord, again we pray for peace for all of Your children, in Jesus' Name! Lord, please cause Your peace to reign supreme on the earth today, Lord God, in Jesus' Name!
Thank You, Lord, and we must also ask for Your forgiveness and mercy today, God, for every single unborn human being that we have murdered in the womb. Lord, we are an evil, wicked people and we desperately need You to redeem us, God! Please empower each and all of us to turn from evil and please You with our lives, God, in Jesus' Name!
Lord God, please end all human trafficking in the world today, God, in Jesus' Name! God! We ask for You to please set the captives free! Please give them a strong, united voice that is heard and guide some brave servants to rescue them and take out the enemy, God, in Jesus' Name!
And Lord, I pray for dear Sam today, God! Father please do NOT let him perish until he has confessed that Jesus Christ is Lord! Father please introduce Yourself to him in a mighty, undeniable way, God! Please, this day, save his very soul unto salvation, God, and I thank You that You have already made the way for him in the death of Your precious Son, Lord Jesus. So I thank You now for his radical conversion, for the glory of Your Name, and in all of these things, we say Thank You and offer You praise because no matter what, You ARE worthy, God! So we just love You today and give You thanks, in Jesus' Name, amen.
