Voltorn is being made into a live action movie. But what will be like. The director for the movie  Rawson Marshall Thurber explains his vision which should give us an idea.

“I’ve loved Voltron since I was a boy, and I’ve wanted to make this movie since I was eight years old. I want to make sure we stay true to the heart and the spirit of Voltron. In this film, we’re going to be introducing an entirely new generation of pilots. We’ve reimagined Voltron for the live-action world, but we’re going to stay true to the heart and the spirit of Voltron. It’s taken us forty years to get here, but I promise you it will be worth the wait.” Thurber

Not much I know as we do have a small bit to go on. The fan in Thurber will keep him staying true to the franchise as he brings this movie to life.
