The Penguin poster a new behind the scenes focused on Victor. Victor is a hard kid who Oz picks up and find a commonality with through Victor having staturing issues. Oz sees this and reminded of his handy cap and takes the young man under his wing in this dark world. The cast and crew give there take on Victor through out the show on how he sees Oz to how the actor Rhenzy Feliz brought the character to life. Check it out.
