One Punch Man news as sadly we lost the anime director. Shigemi Ikeda has been confirmed to be dead at the age of 69. He was about to turn 70. The anime artist has had a great career. From working on anime such as Afro Samurai to High School of dead and Overlord. He would then land on One Punch Man where he would direct season 1 and 2.

It is not clear what he died from but from. That bit of information is not mentioned in the article. For his loved ones who are going through this tough time I give you my condolences.
