Darkstalkers is one of the game fighting game fans want to be revived. This has been proven with the interest with fans learning that at one point it was in the middle of being revived before being cancelled. This has brought up the question when will we ever see Darkstalkers again? While we do not have an answer we might know when a character will return as one gaming news site thinks Morgin might be coming back.

According to an article from Eventhubs.com Morgin will be coming to Street Fighter 6. The question isn’t if to them but when. SF has been playing with idea of Darkstalkers inclusion for a while. Mostly with customs for SF5. SF6 sees a full skin of the martial arts include werewolf John Talban. But also given Nakayama posting how he was on the team working on Darkstalkers there is a good chance they can be brought into the world. warriors.

But then we must ask why Morgan. According to the article it is because out of the Darkstalkers cast she is the most popular. [Part of us is intimidated to think about how mirrored Morrigans might manipulate Drive Rush, but if you’re ranking characters on popularity and their potential to bring in big bucks based on fandom and rapid recognition, Morrigan has to be close to the peak of picks.]

Morgan popularity cannot be understated. Out of the darkstalkers cast she has been in most of Capcom vs marvel cross over. Even to the point that they used the same exact model without changing it while they did do that to others. As such if they do start bring in Darkstalker character properly into SF I hope it doesn’t stop with Morgin. Bring in Demitri and Donavan as they too can make great use of the drive system as well as Talbain himself.

This is guessing though. I hope to see this happen if a game too much but we will see what happens. What do you think though? Let me know.
